Ahhhh, finally. I escaped my cigarette-stained hotel room and somehow found my way to a hot spring in the country outside of Sendai. This is where I spent several hours soaking in the salty silence of the Japanese countryside... and for the first time in my life, I felt completely and absolutely foreign.
