"Dreaming"... I certainly thought I was when I glanced at this sign during a business lunch. I was in Brussels to meet with two clients for a web site we were building for them, and outside the restaurant was this sign. I'm sure it's Flemish or something, and probably means "If you don't wear a helmet within 5 yards of this sign a piano might fall on your head."
